Hi! I'm Molly

and I am...

An event designer, a logistical engineer, a problem solver, a creative mind and a passionate soul. I am a lover of all things that sparkle, all things organized, and all things over the top. Most importantly, I want to create experiences that are ground breaking and create change.

Creating detailed experiences for others that not only contribute to changing the world we live in but also bring people together, is what I love most about the event industry.

Originally from the Midwest, I have lived and worked the Metro DC area for the past eleven years. I began my career in the hotel industry and from there transitioned to the planner side of the events sphere. Learning the ins and outs of the hospitality industry from the hotel operations perspective was an invaluable experience. It taught me the key to any successful event is in the detailed communication of your vision. Equally important, it encouraged patience, created a platform to develop critical customer service skills and also solidified for me, that I had chosen the correct career path.

Two years later, I earned my CMP and began working as the Meetings and Special Events Manager for the National Association of Convenience Stores where i was able to hone my skills developing a wide range of events from annual trade shows, VIP special events, galas, conferences, and exclusive global retreats for our board of directors and top level membership.

Currently, I serve as the Director of Creative for Hello! Washington D.C. the leader in Destination Management. I use innovative event design to communicate to my clients by designing unique one of a kind experiences to meet their goals. I strive to create a moment in time that will live on in memory past the closing remarks. I am fiercely passionate about creative table décor. You might ay linen selection is my love language. I consider custom place cards to be my trademark and nothing is more satisfying than watching my initial vision materialize before my eyes.

I do believe in living a balanced life. When I am not on the road or in the office, you can find me instructing Pure Barre classes in Alexandria, VA. I love leading other like-minded individuals to find their healthiest self while having fun and engaging with my local community. This brings me peace on the most stressful of days.

In addition, my greatest love comes in the form of my 8 month old Shiba Inu, Josie. Watching her grow, learning as I go, and opening my eyes to the world of pet care has been a welcomed blessing in my life and so much fun!
